Got to add for the record: Not sure how many students actually vote, and it seems like it depends on what curriculum the schools use. I don't think this is what the results for the actual election will be (NH, VT, ME, NV, MN, AZ...) but my daughter was so excited to get to "vote"

My first presidential vote was cast for Hubert Humphrey in 1968 - in my kindergarten class mock election. 52 years later I am still glad that I can say I voted against Richard Nixon.

We used to hold elections at my school. Very often our results mirrored the national results mostly bc we felt like our kids voted the way their parents were going to vote. This is exciting for your daughter and all the kids!!!
