Absolutely. I would also like to hear Biden say that, if elected, he would reverse any SCOTUS decision made before Nov 3rd.
If the Republicans don't follow the same precedent *they* set with Garland, Democrats need to abolish the filibuster and consider expanding the court. The system doesn't work if one side doesn't play by any rules.

So give the president elect power to reverse a SCOTUS decision made constitutionally before he was inaugurated? What could go wrong with a precedent like that? Imagine if Trump used this logic to axe Sotomayor and Kagan.
