You know what I need delivered in the mail on time? My asthma medications. Veterans who use the VA get many meds in the mail - and some of those are essential to our health.
And yes, I plan to vote by mail for November. I will be sending my ballot in as soon as I can after I get it. If you're concerned about your ballot getting counted, then use the next couple months to figure out your plan - drop it in a designation location, mail it early, etc.
And if you can't/don't want to vote with a mail-in ballot, please consider taking advantage of early voting. The more we spread out when people are at the polls, the shorter the lines will be.
Most military retirees and their dependents who are on Tricare for life are required to have mail delivery. As a veteran and spouse of military retiree we have ours sent via the mail, my husband is disabled and the VA sends his meds through the mail.
I deliver medicine to about 30 Vets a day on average. We are an essential SERVICE Not a business.
