Hm. I've never been offered that option. Secure messaging online doesn't show my PCP either (trust me, I tried every link I could find on there to try to get ahold of anyone).

When one of my prescriptions expired secure messaging didn't have my current doctor listed. It seems to be manually updated and missed sometimes. I just picked someone who was listed and sent a message. They looked up my records and forwarded the request to my current doctor.
