During non-COVID times, I could take my daughter with me, and schedule online. Both those things should be temporary, but in the mean time, how are veterans who are also single moms supposed to get medical treatment?

I would be fine with a telemedicine appt since it's just refills of meds I've been on for awhile, but literally the scheduling menu over the phone just tells me I have no appts scheduled and then if I want to talk to someone press 2. I do, and it just takes me back to the start.

I just did it with my hubby for an appt? IDMe is who we used

I can log into eBenefits and MyHealthyVet, but it says no online scheduling is offered right now because of COVID. I've used the online system before.

My husband is a patient to DeBakey. He can text or email his pcp directly with emergency refill needs
-
Hm. I've never been offered that option. Secure messaging online doesn't show my PCP either (trust me, I tried every link I could find on there to try to get ahold of anyone).

Not sure this is helpful but I just had a prescription automatically extended at Kaiser. It’s for a chronic heart condition, so once I filled it the last time apparently doc was automatically notified to authorize more. Check with pharmacy?

Have you tried calling main line and asking for outreach coordinator?
-
