Update: Holly is being held on the women's side. However, that does not change the initial problem - that her abuser is free while she is the one arrested.

On Saturday, a trans woman in Houston called the police for a DV situation. She was the one arrested instead of her violent partner, and is likely being held with men instead of other women. @ArtAcevedo, release Holly MacLerie.

Well my kids mother called the police on me when she could not get her way and ended up arrested. It was a just arrest. Unless you have the details, dont assume because she or he called the police, that they are the victims.
