My son and I had this discussion this am...curious..do you feel the video was ample evidence. If you do not, why? Due process does not have to be slow.. esp in the day of social media.
Talking with my daughter this morning about what our criminal justice system is *supposed* to look like. Due process, access to a lawyer, innocent until proven guilty, burden of proof. We need to reform our criminal justice system and how we police our communities.

I will preface this by saying that I am not a lawyer. And my conversation was more about how the police treated Floyd in violation of his rights. I do believe that the officers involved should be facing charges.

I believe the officers(all 4) should have been held on suspicion of committing a crime while all the evidence was checked,if nothing else.There is no doubt in my mind that a crime was committed. As I am not a lawyer,I am unsure of what the charges should be.
