That might need refinement. In places where people tend to stay spread out, opening might be fine. Place where they gather closely, maybe not.

Difficult call. But at least now Texas parents know what to plan for. My big question is, will this change the way we do education in the future? More stay at home working implies more stay at home education, maybe more internet-delivered lessons, that kind of thing.

As a teacher, I know you can't replace a classroom experience. There are too many kids w/o internet or devices at home. I think what we learn long term from this is that internet access is a necessary utility.
