In Africa developers have been allowed to run riot without any oversight as to the environment. I don't see that Americans will be to keen to walk to a stand pipe 5 miles away returning with a 5 gallon bucket full of water on their head.
Rolling back the Clean Water Act is going to be a costly mistake for HTX. Not only will it degrade our environment, but it will make flooding worse in TX-02.
