Solar panels pollute more in the processing mining in building of them then they will offset from carbon omissions in their entire operation of life to say nothing of the hazardous-waste they will make an a landfill.
Texas can lead on creating a green economy, but not if we cut subsidies for renewable energy. Solar energy is becoming cheaper and more efficient every year.
