I am no expert but how can Wheatley get a passing grade if its feeder schools promote kids who aren’t at grade level? Improvement starts before K, with good Head Start programs, and continues throughout primary school.
There’s no magic pill that will solve the structural problems that hold schools like Wheatley back.
