Agreed @ElisaCardnell. As a VDR it is frustrating to spend hours and hours registering voters, when the State of Texas could literally make our lives easier with an online and automatic registration at age 18. A hard registration is voter suppression, pure and simple.
Yesterday was #NationalVoterRegistrationDay
and the FL voter registration website was down. TX doesn’t even have online registration. We must make it easier to vote. That means:
Automatic voter registration
Same day registration
Online registration
No reason absentee

I’ll give on automatic registration at the DMV when getting a state picture ID & paper ballot absentee voting where the ballot has to be picked up at the county court house with ID. The other 2 r 4 the stupid and lazy who can’t manage for thought and are ripe for abuse

I don’t know why we don’t have registration day or sign up days in high school for students eligible to sign up.

We’re supposed to have students get access to register while in high school but not every school does it. We have fellows tho at a few schools! If you know any students have them join the team: http://ElisaCardnell.com/fellowship
