No, it all started when we lost our honor culture. She feels entitled to speak to people however she likes and act ridiculous because there are no consequences, a quick attitude adjustment would solve most of this behavior; that requires moments like these to have consequences.

See the recent Twisted Tea viral video for an example of said consequences, I doubt the young man who tasted the tea will be acting like that again anytime soon.
