I believe ballots are supposed to go out October 5th, but this just doesn’t make sense Why would primary ballots be here or any ballots? Aren’t there laws against just randomly dumping ballots? I mean either way this isn’t a good look

Maybe they are for requesting absentee ballots? I'm in AZ and the envelopes to send back are the same. They could also be from people who requested early ballots.
