Regardless of what Judge Sullivan does in regard to Flynn, honest observers have to reckon with what we now know about the investigation & prosecution. Exculpatory evidence was kept from Flynn, his lawyers & the public. The FBI, and later Mueller, stoked a false narrative.
Schiff says on “there were serious abuses of FISA” but then says it wasn’t apparent two years ago. He had the same information as Nunes. Nunes called out those abuses. Schiff chose to attack Nunes instead of performing his oversight duties.

The FBI didn't persecute Hillary. It protected her.
The best way to view Sullivan’s unprecedented actions today in the Flynn case is as a last gasp of the “resistance.” In the last year the collusion conspiracy theory has collapsed. It’s discredited. Sullivan’s actions are deeply unfair to Flynn, but the truth is coming out.
I think it’s safe to say at this point that conned the national media on his COVID leadership. He made a horrendous decision on nursing homes and then covered it up on the death counts. Shame on him. But also shame on the journalists who couldn’t stop swooning.

We need an enhanced Magnitsky approach on Russia. Freeze assets of Russian oligarchs; deny oligarchs and their families access to western territory and markets; and ban the children of these oligarchs from universities. Give those spots to the children of Russian dissidents.
