I'm getting incredibly frustrated. I have been trying to find answers for days but I'm being lead in circles. Audio in one of my videos was claimed and so I have been trying to remove it or mute it in but found it was saying "failed" every time.

The best advice I received from YouTube support was to dispute a valid claim with no changes to the video (because the type of claim means I can't edit at all) in order to resolve the claim; despite the fact that this would only cement the claim as the claimed audio is there.pic.twitter.com/y17FWewv1F

It does not resolve the claim as Rico at Creator Support stated because the claim will remain on the video. I just don't understand how this is the only option I have as it neither fixes the issue or achieves anything but the solidification of the claim on my video.
