Of course you can blame people for the actions of their fans. Commentators are influencers. If a particular influencer has a particular fan base, that speaks to who they are as a person and serves as an indictment against them. Whether they accept it or not.

Well I don't have followers, so eh lol. But if I did, and I wasn't doing a solid job to distance myself from that behavior or condemn it, then yes, it would be fair to blame me for it. Lack of condemnation serves as implicit endorsement.

Well, no Well-known Conservative commentator has ever called for flagging or doxing, And if and when it has occurred most have condemned it, But I simply believe it is unfair to condemn someone for behaviour they have not called for
