    Offering runoffs isn't enough because they don't offer the majority they appear to. While the concept of majority in voting can be abstract, the downfalls of pairing plurality voting with anything are always clear. It fails.

    When your voting method discourages you from choosing your honest favorite, it shouldn't be surprising that your favorite can never win. Approval voting can solve this.
