This bill reads like something some of ya'll work definitely had a major part in. I'm particularly unnerved that it takes an act of Congress for affected communities to write our own federal laws.

It really should be Abolishing prisons outright, I see this resolution in the harm reduction compromise stage and I'll be watching patiently for the Res Number.

Although I will say I wish Diversion program was defined in extremely specific terms so as to not embolden or ensnare these reforms to the nonprofit industrial complexes who are pro-policing because of a working relationship with law enforcement agencies that oppose this.
