No I'm not, I'm saying that because an itemized fundraising report with FEC is a requirement for recognition the FEC reporting deadlines/updates will determine when recognition is updated. The Federal Election commission sends out the reminders, candidates are expected to keep up

If the other candidates had filed FEC fundraising reports before 4/15, 7/15, or 10/15, that aspect of recognition would have been checked off for most of these candidates. Keep in mind they were informed of the requirements in February.

Here is a summary of the actual FEC reports from Q3. It should be noted that all of these candidates are in fact filed with the FEC, as it lists them below. Some candidates did not fundraise during Q3 - a bad look, to be sure - but some did in addition to Hawkins. [1/2]

We're only talking about FEC Form 3 filing the FINANCIAL REPORT is why at one other candidate does have official recognition. 3 financial report deadline has past since the candidates were informed of the recognition requirements.

If your contention is that only Hawkins has filed required campaign finance reports in the last three cycles, how is it that , Augustson, Lambert, and Aranjo clearly show financial contributions in Q3?

You're going through a lot to misrepresent my words here. I NEVER SAID ONLY HAWKINS filed a Form 3, that was you. I know Dario filed a Form 3, that's why Dario Hunter is recovering and Sediham is not.

The initial claim from the excluded candidates in their statement was that only Hawkins was recognized; this fact was not initially challenged by GPUS. If this has now been amended to Hawkins and Hunter, I'll stand corrected. This also doesn't explain where FEC got its data.

It depends on the date of the letter but currently Hunter and Hawkins are recognized. The FEC got its data because Hunter, Hawkins, Lambert, Augustine, and Aranjo filed FEC form 3 reports! That's why

Okay, this contradicts your earlier statement: "We're only talking about FEC Form 3 filing the FINANCIAL REPORT is why at one other candidate does have official recognition." We now agree that the receipts I showed are from Form 3. So the GPUS now has 5 official candidates.

It doesn't Form 1=Statement of organization what yr campaign bank account is called with the FEC, Form 2=yr statement of candidacy. Form 3=financial reporting. When these candidates all have 100 itemized donations of $10 and 100 sigs of support, they're recognized not before!
So *now* the contention is that Form 3 was filed & the FEC has records of the contributions to five different candidates, BUT they either didn't file Form 1 or 2, or didn't have 100 itemized donations (apparently none of them did), or didn't file 100 signatures (w/FEC? unclear)

Sigh. FEC form 3 is how campaign finance is varified! All candidates expect for 1 have FEC form 1 and 2 completed. Because there's been no FEC form 3 filed for 5 of the candidates showing 100 individual donations submitted, they cannot meet the requirements of recognition.
