Registration places a burden on citizens. Many in the elections community would like to make registration responsibility lie much more with govt, esp since we interact with governments so frequently.

It’s easier to scare people. There are legitimate issues but Kemp is right to say a lot of this is fake news. The problem is when low info voters are scared off and don’t even try at all.
