      Yes, Russia wants to own the internet, because it was created by America. If they can divide America and use Tulsi or any other person to gain control over the digital influence to divide, they will for their interests. It’s much deeper, the Cold War never ended.

      There’s a bit of literature out there on Russia and it’s secret war. Everything is Russia right now bc they are competitive to become a super power and there’s an arms race. This isn’t new information. Since 2015 and Hillary Exposed Russia and then the leaks...
