All of the Republican appointed Supreme Court justices always rule in favor of gerrymandering! Also the IL house independent redistricting commission bill has more democrat sponsors in the house than republicans ones!

So why haven't the IL Dems, without a single Republican in this state able to stop them, putting an end to gerrymandering? Remember, the IL Dems' top lawyer successfully sued and got the IL Supreme Court to rule 4-3 in favor of removing that amendment referendum from the ballot.
