It’s the same problem they have distinguishing the difference between immigrants and illegal aliens.
You have a First Amendment right to peacefully protest. You do not have a right to commit violence or criminal acts.

Every time anyone says the word protest is a constitutional right it furthers the problem. You only have the right to peaceable assembly. If you choose to protest while peaceably assembled you better remain peaceable. It has to be clear for the room temp IQ crowd.
