You're pretty stupid for a former Sheriff. The real choice is: Fascism vs. American Freedoms Republican vs. Democratic Trump is violating the Posse Comitatus Act by sending federal agents to cities run by Democratic mayors to further incite civil unrest.
Federal agents are being sent to Chicago to help with investigating unsolved murders, which happens all the time and is perfectly legal. Posse Comitatus forbids the U.S. military from acting as domestic law enforcement agents. Nice try, though.
