      No, they're not. Every major "news" network and "journalist" is treating Florida, Texas & Arizona as hotbeds & failed states. When in reality, NY still leads in deaths. And to view Abbott's or DeSantis' handling as horrible, while applauding Cuomo, is laughably disingenuous.
