I know a lot of people will disagree w/ me on this. But I believe we need to at least start having the conversation. If my proposal accomplishes that, I'm thrilled. We as a party cannot survive while ignoring the ever-growing income inequality in this country. #ILSen #Twillhttps://twitter.com/tjbrown/status/1274016267679268865 …

It's the tax accountant over-employment act, in my opinion. The need is for all to be more easily able to create lasting wealth. And is the issue wealth inequality or income inequality?

Wealth, I apologize for mixing up the terms. We've even seen those who have $50MM+ in assets support the proposal. We need to do have the conversation. And if I can do that while I'm the GOP nominee, that's great. But something needs to be done.

I look forward to having that conversation with you, because at least it would be an honest one.

I look forward to it too. I'm already being called a "RINO" and people are claiming they aren't going to vote for me because of it. But if I backed away from doing what's right in favor of doing what's easy, I wouldn't be where I am today.
