      I treat every person, regardless of race/color/creed, the same. I held myself & those who served in LCSO to a very high standard.       I'm not saying there isn't racism in #lawenforcement. There are definitely racist LEOs, but the profession as a whole isn't racist. In my experience, there are good LEOs, chiefs & sheriffs who work to eradicate that racism. Because those LEOs negatively impact the profession.
