And they won't be the last. 99% of LEOs are good ppl who uphold their oath & do a thankless job. Why would they continue to do it if they're receiving even more hate? While being shamed & smeared for the actions of a few bad apples? I mean would you do that job?

I want to add that I held deputies & officers who violated their oath and LCSO policy accountable. I tried my hardest to get rid of the bad apples who would negatively impact the mission of the LCSO. My biggest obstacle? Police unions. No sheriff/chief wants to lead bad LEOs.

Same as I had working in a large Company. People trying to protect people is their job. Like Unions. ANY Union Overall? People don’t like to fire people. Trump “GET HER OUT.” does the right thing Unions will agree if you give valid reasons. Union is needed. Valid reason is too

If the entire force walks off when justice is applied to an officer then they're all bad apples. You can't serve the law if you believe your position is above it...
