As a fmr three-term sheriff, I would like to state how unethical this is. Not only unethical (& immoral) but also a clear violation of the oath sheriffs take & swear to uphold. A sheriff has a duty to protect the Constitutional Rights of ALL they serve, not just campaign donors.
