Votes and term limits can’t stop it. All agencies need to be separated and moved throughout America. It the DC culture, community and neighborly living that refuses to let go of anything or do anything for people other than their own community. Incestual/nepotism.

Need to reinstate original Constitution that was illegally changed by congress in 1871 when DC brought into the fold. When DC added, Constitution altered to create corporation owned by foreign assets
