This morning we committed to move resources from the NYPD to youth and social services as part of our City’s budget. Our young people need to be reached, not policed. We can do this AND keep our city safe.
Another marvelous failure under your leadership. It's amazing. Just when you think De Blasio can't possibly get any worse he somehow manages to. It must make people miss the days of Guiliani, when the #NYPD was given the respect & resources needed to keep New Yorkers safe.
