Either the livelihoods, businesses & jobs of Illinois residents matter or they don't. That's the fundamental issue: do those who are losing their livelihoods/businesses matter as much as those who are infected. I am tired of people saying if you want to reopen you don’t care about people dying. That is just not true. We want to keep the most vulnerable safe and stop the Devastation caused by our communities being shut down. Both matter.
