Either the livelihoods, businesses & jobs of Illinois residents matter or they don't. That's the fundamental issue: do those who are losing their livelihoods/businesses matter as much as those who are infected. To me, they both matter. #ILSen #Twill #COVID19 #Reopenillinois #MAGA
