That's absolutely something to debate but unless you're hiding a medical degree or background in infectious disease from us, then I'm gonna say a former local county official should take a seat to doctors and public health professionals. So Mark, sit down, and please, shut up.

You know what issues I worry about? How small business owners, like myself, are going to make it through 3,4,5 weeks of this self-imposed quarantine. How single moms, who were bartenders or servers, are going to make it through. How the IL & American economy is going to survive.
I knw you want to paint me as some partisan Republican who puts party above all, that's not me.
Ppl are hurting, they've been laid off & others don't know how they're going to pay bills. Those are the ppl I worry about. Especially when we dnt know how long this will last. #ILSen

So put forward PLANS/POLICY and not just sit on the sidelines with a new, albeit small, megaphone, questioning the decisions that **medical professionals** are saying need to be done before it gets unsustainable for our HC system. You're not, and that shows how unprepared you are
