Thank you. Today, I am remembering my great grandmother's brother - Dennis Weaver, who was freed as a result of this proclamation. He immediately joined the Union, Company D, 1st Regiment, USCT to fight for the freedom of others. We are still fighting.

Bizzaro tweeter strikes again? Presumably means he is pro the Ensign gun nut amedment to gut DC gun laws with the probably unconstitutional bill to try to restore only voting US Reps to DC, rather than constitutional full statehood.
