Its Cleveland owner Paul Dolan who has no backbone. Chief Wahoo has assumed several forms over the years and 1st appeared on the Indians’ uniforms in 1948. The Redskins logo in use today was first designed in 1971 in close consultation with Native Americans & Blackfeet Nation.
