That's a stupid comment. Cost savings be annual. So unless the employer decided to redeploy cash in a different manner the following year, similar bonuses would be available assuming consistent profit.
Workers will not be fooled by one-time bonuses. #GOPTaxScam is a corporate giveaway that won't raise wages or create jobs.
