Please require that the cameras have to be on and recording when incidents occur or there will be penalties - like hits to their pensions

I have a police issue I'd like to discuss with you. I haven't been successful in working through the appropriate channels. What is the best way to go about arranginging such a discussion?

Will federal officers also be required to identify their agency affiliation? I have asked dozens of individuals what agency they are with this week, around Lafayette Square, near the J Edgar Hoover Building, and elsewhere, who refused to identify themselves.

This is not enough. Many incidents are filmed, and still nothing is done about it. The protests that are happening now were set off by a black man being killed on camera. For the good of all your constituents, please view this: https://8cantwait.org/

We need to address mental health care now provided through jails - the largest provider. We defunded that system in the 70s and the result was the current system. Address the original problem before creating a new one. Deal with standards of commitment and retention

probable danger must replace immediate danger for release and intake - and EMTs should be the first responders - not armed white supremacists. As you may recall, I was Marion's public safety guy, so I know both how these things are related and how EMTs are considered
