DC provides state-city-county services, so I got DC treated as each level of government for fiscal relief in the House #HeroesAct.
It’s estimated DC would receive this year: $1.5b in state funds, $740m in city funds and $264m in county funds.
These funds are in addition to the $755m in retroactive CARES Act funds I got for #DC in the #HeroesAct, after DC was treated as a territory instead of a state for fiscal relief in the CARES Act, which was drafted by Senate Republicans and the White House.
