It should have been done in this bill.
DC always receives state funding but the Senate initiated COVID-19 bill signed today lumps DC with the territories, reducing DC's funds.
This will not stand.

Trump is inventive in some areas, racism standing in the forefront. Naturally slapping DC, the nation's capitol, during a major medical crisis would be a good way to please the sickest part of his base.

Geez I thought Law-Makers were supposed to be good at writing bills. All you need to do is write "50 states get the stimulus, plus Washingtongton D.C." It's not rocket science. How can you forget about the city where the bill was being signed? DC has lots of Poor, they need help.
