95% of BLM staff are already in the field, and those staff in DC serve the vital role of oversight and updating Congress and the President. Sabotaging this vital agency, along with others, is wrong.

Tomorrow, I have been granted the right to sit on the Natural Resources Committee as they hear testimony on the proposed relocation of the Bureau of Land Management outside of the National Capital Region. My bill would block this move.
