#DCstatehood doesn't touch downtown palace quarter of the tyranny zone, to ignore such trolling as yours. But if all DC became a state, palace quarter land borrowed by Feds as mil bases or federal courts are, it would be 5th jurisdiction US capital, 4th full vote.
