Press conference is at 11:30 AM tomorrow and is open to the public. As part of our commemoration of Memorial Day this week, we are alerting the country that DC veterans deserve equal representation and self-government in the nation they fought to defend. #DCstatehood
For the last 26 years, the issue of #DCstatehood has not been heard in the House of Representatives. That will change soon.
Same vets are denied fair treatment at the VA when it comes to cannabis therapy. But it’s not just vets, so many Americans use cannabis it illustrates how out of touch Congress and @POTUS actually are they still have it in as a Schedule I narcotic with zero legitimate use.
