Your press release says impeachment is political, but applies a prosecutor's test (ability to convict) to decide against doing it. I think @CharlesMBlow has the right opinion. Impeachment is the strongest political position to take.
The Mueller Report is a virtual invitation to Congress for oversight, not impeachment. Mueller himself wrote that the report does not exonerate the president and encouraged Congress to go the rest of the way. Congress must investigate to go where Mueller said he could not.pic.twitter.com/QLFIENRNrX

The report outlines several attempts by Trump to obstruct justice. It also clearly states that the campaign expected to benefit from Russian interference in the 2016 election. Failure to bring forth impeachment proceedings constitutes dereliction of duty.

I disagree. At what point is impeachment in option? When he kills someone? Imprisons his political rivals? There should be at the very least an impeachment vote in the House.
