Wait, you can discriminate against a juror in DC if they’re LGBTQ because it’s Federally controlled!? I had no idea.
Today I introduced a bill to ban discrimination against LGBTQ jurors in the local DC court. DC juries should not be deprived of the service of LGBTQ residents and they should be able to serve. Until DC is given control over its courts, Congress must pass this LGBTQ equality bill.
