Emailed @MikeLevinCA #CA49 on several occasions. As a @USProgressives he should cosponsor #DCstatehood #HR51, as they endorse it & >90% already do. 84% of California Dem US Reps cosponsor (=costal low end). Only >77% of Dem Catholic USReps do. @HispanicCaucus =75% do.
