It doesn't take a law degree to know that Trump’s plan to end #BirthrightCitizenship is unconstitutional. We need a POTUS who has read the 14th Amdt: “All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States"

Already not true for US Nationals of American Samoa, (because they ruled part black, for part Aboriginal like some Australians), denied US citizenship in their own nation, must get costly (time & $) US GreenCard to move across state/territory lines, & can't vote anywhere in US!?
