This is exactly why the GOP doesn’t want DC to have a member in the senate or even full representation in the House. DC and Puerto Rico should each have a voting senator.
700,000 DC residents are #1 in fed taxes/capita, but they won't have a say tomorrow when the Senate takes one of its most critical votes in decades.
DC residents have earned their right in blood and treasure to cast a vote on Kavanaugh and every matter in Congress. #DCStatehood.
