I remind my colleagues of DC’s Aaa bond rating, recently awarded for the District’s "exemplary fiscal governance." At a minimum, Republicans should recognize DC budget autonomy, which is now law, and allow DC to spend its locally-raised funds how it sees fit. #HandsOffDC
